LOUGHGIEL and Antrim star Caitrin Dobbin is the only Ulster player selected on the 2023 AIB Camogie Club Championships team of the year.
Dobbin is named at left corner-forward, while the Ulster champions’ semi-final conquerors, and eventual All-Ireland winners, Dicksboro of Kilkenny, dominate the selection with eight winners.
The side they defeated in the final, defending All-Ireland champions, Sarsfield’s of Galway, have been awarded five places, with the other slot going to their namesakes from Cork, who they saw off in the last four.
The 15 chosen will receive their accolades at Croke Park on Saturday night, March 2. The Camogie Club Championships player of the year will be announced on the night.
