BANBRIDGE-based contractor Kane has secured a £30 million design and build contract with John Sisk & Sons to deliver the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) installation at Great Wolf Lodge Resort's first European venture on a 46-acre site at Chesterton, near Bicester in Oxford.

Great Wolf Lodge Resort, an American brand, is the first of its kind in the UK and consists of a 504-bedroom hotel and a large ground floor family entertainment centre including a bowling alley, restaurants and arcades which connect to a large water park.
