PROPERTY agents Lisney have put two premium office buildings in one of Belfast’s most sought after addresses on the market.

North Tower at 31 Clarendon Dock was recently acquired by Lisney and offers a self-contained modern office space, with suites available up to 13,800 sq ft in size.

The offices are partitioned by glass and available across four stories, with parking spaces also included in the package.

Another Grade A office building at 33 Clarendon Dock is also up to let, comprising of 3,900 sq ft of ground floor space.

Clarendon Dock has established itself as one of Belfast’s leading Grade A office locations, and is currently home to businesses such as Capita and the Belfast Telegraph newspaper.

Andrew Gawley, associate director at Lisney, said demand for high quality office space is increasing Belfast and a number of party’s are already interested in the listings.

"These properties at Clarendon Dock are positioned in a highly sought-after location, with cobble-lined streets and views across the recently-rejuvenated Laganside waterfront," he said.

Lisney specialises in office, retail, leisure and industrial property acquisition, disposal and investment.

In March last year, the price per square foot of office space in the north hit £20 for the first time.

The milestone level was reached in new lease terms at American insurance firm Allstate's offices at Lanyon Place.
