FOLLOWING the success of this autumn's Farmer's Bash country music event at Belfast's SSE Arena, promoters have just announced details of the 2018 event.

They came from all over Ireland and Scotland to jive the night away last month – and next year Farmer's Bash, on October 12 2018, promises to be an even bigger event.

Lisa McHugh and Derek Ryan will once again top the bill, joined by rising country sweetheart Cliona Hagan, Johnny Brady and veteran Queen of Country Philomena Begley.

Cotton Eyed Joe chart-toppers Rednex will also be jetting in from Sweden to perform an exclusive set.

Ballymena-based tractor film company Grassmen, whose DVDs and Youtube vidoes on silage making are popular worldwide will once again be bringing some four-wheel power to The Farmer's Bash.

:: Tickets for the Farmer's Bash 2018 go on sale on Saturday November 25 at Ticketmaster.ie and Ssearenabelfast.com.
