Pearse Og, Armagh's Sportive Cycle 2016 will take place on Sunday, August 7. There will be two  routes to choose from - 50k and 100k. The launch night takes place this Friday at 8pm in the social club, Dalton Road, where all information will be available. All  monies raised will go to Marie Curie Cancer Care and club funds.

ST KILLIAN'S, WHITECROSS: The club will host a clash between Armagh v Donegal on Saturday at 5pm in Whitecross. The match is in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of the deaths of brothers John, Brian and Anthony Reavey, who were murdered in January 1976

GLENRAVEL: The U16 girls and boys football teams teamed up to support their chosen charity Cancer fund for Children, by climbing to the top of Cairncormick. The next peak is Colin Top, which they plan to climb before their exams start in May

O’NEILL’S, AN PORT MOR: Club Port Mor in conjunction with Naomh Mhuire Camogie Club are organising a “Come Dine with Port Mor” evening on Sat 30th April. If you would like to participate as one of the hosts for this event please contact Colleen Tonor 02837548690 or any club member.

DONAGHMORE ST PATRICK’S: There will be a pub quiz in Kiery’s Bar on Friday April 29 at 9pm to raise funds for the Donaghmore St Patrick’s Ladies. Entry is £3 per person, with a maximum of four people per team.

ST MICHAEL'S, MAGHERALIN: St. Michael's are organising a sponsored walk around Moira Demesne in aid of club funds on Wednesday April 27. The walk will start at 7pm from the car park of the Demesne and both members and non-members are welcome.

GLASDRUMMAN: The club is saddened to learn of the death of former parish Priest and Club President, Father Patrick McVeigh. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasail dhilis. BALLYMACNAB GFC: The club are hosting a ‘Big Breakfast’ in the Community Hall on Sunday April 24 from 9am-2pm. Adults £5, Children £3.

SAVAL: Saval’s May Day Festival is back from Friday April 29 to Sunday May 1. This year brings Rory's Stories live on stage on the Friday night, followed by a disco. Saturday welcomes the debut of Saval's Fittest Family at 5pm where a number of local Saval families will compete in an obstacle course.Texas Hold'Em will return in the main hall on Saturday night with a cash prize up for grabs with live music upstairs in the lounge. Sunday will be a family fun vintage day, beginning at 1pm with games, activities, a vintage show and vintathlon plus more. The festival will draw to a close with the very popular band, The Nooks. ST JOHN’S: Drumaroad Primary School will be holding a table quiz in the clubrooms on Friday April 22 at 9pm.

ST PATRICK’S, NORTH ANTRIM: There will be a Juvenile Hurling Blitz at Armoy this Sunday. Naomh Padraig (Armoy, Carey and Cushendun) will host U6s, U8s and U10s from Dunloy and Loughgiel. There will also be a fundraising coffee morning in the clubrooms at 10am.

ST ERGNAT'S, MONEYGLASS: This Friday April 22 at 9pm will see the final round in the Quiz League in the clubroom. On Saturday May 14, Cash Returns, the Johnny Cash tribute act will be in the club. Visit www.moneyglassgac.com for more details.

EGLISH: Registration for the Cormac Run will take place in the hall between 9.30am and 10.30am.

TYRONE GAA: A night of story song and dance will be held in the Tyrone GAA Centre Garvaghy this Friday April 22 8pm to celebrate the centenary of the 1916 Rising. All-Ireland winning instrumental and ballad groups from Cumman Fír an Chnoic, Doire Treasc and An Domhnach Mór, Naomh Padraig will be among the many performers drawn from all over the county. Entrance is free and light refreshments will be served.
