GLASDRUMMAN GAC: The club is running a Table Quiz in the Halfway House on Friday night. Admission £5 which includes a light supper and starts at 9.30pm. Congratulations to all the dancers from the Curran Fegan dancing school who were among the medals in this week's Ulster Championships. Next Sunday the South Down Scór nÓg finals take place in St. Mark's Warrenpoint at 4.00pm. The club has four acts taking part in this year's final: Solo Singing Niamh McDowell, Recitation Ciara Rooney, Instrumental Music. Cara Sloan, Peter Doran and Niamh McDowell and Ballad Group Aoife Grant, Ciara Rooney. Clodagh Morgan, Niamh McDowell and Tara Grant. Scór practice this Friday in the Clubrooms at 7.00 p.m.

GRANEMORE ST MARY’S GAC: The Annual Senior Dinner and Presentation Night wIll be held in St. Mary's Hall, Granemore on Saturday November 7 with special guests on the night being the Championship Winning team of 1990. This will be a memorable occasion with the reunion of this team and tickets can be purchased from Charlie Doyle, Malachy Conroy, John Merry or Paul O'Neill.


The Annual Granemore Underage Presentation Night will be held in St. Mary's Hall on Sunday November 15 with presentations at all underage levels after a very successful year.

NEWRY JOHN MITCHEL'S: The annual club mass will be held this year at Saturday 6:30pm, at St Mary's School, Newry.

AUGHLISNAFIN GAC: The club presents “Stars in Their Eyes” in The Lodge this Saturday November 7. Special guest Triona Carville. Doors open 7.45 pm and admission is £7. Bar facilities available.

ST PATRICK’S, MAYOBRIDGE: There will be a fund raising quiz on Friday night at 9pm.in Mayobridge's Social Club in aid of the victorious U14 footballers, South Down League and Championship winners.

ATTICALL GAC: This Saturday night Atticall Annual Awards Night and Dinner in the clubrooms. Doors open at 8.30pm. Disco to follow.

KICKHAM'S CREGGAN GAC: The Annual Club Mass for deceased members will take place on Tuesday November 17 at 8pm in the pavilion. All members and local people of the community are invited to join us. On Saturday November 28 Green Or Yellow is returning to the hall after the great success a number of years ago. Mark it in your diaries and keep an eye out for the brave participants.

ST MARY’S GAC, BURREN: This year's AGM will take place on Tuesday night at 8pm in the Social Club. All new and existing members welcome to attend.

DONAGHMORE: Have your name printed in a one-off Donaghmore GAA 2015 Special Edition Club Jersey. Produced in the club colours, these jerseys will have three horizontal bands across the torso containing names of club members and supporters – buy online at https://shop.donaghmoregaa.ie. Music: A series of music classes are running on Wednesday nights from 7:00-9:00pm in the Torrent Complex until December 16. The tin whistle class is with Donna Campbell, and the fiddle class is with Michael Kerr. Beginner’s class is 7:00-8:00pm, Intermediate class is 8:00-8:30pm and Advanced class is 8:30-9:00pm. Newcomers are always welcome – ask for Seamus Hetherington. Each class costs £3.50 per night. The Tyrone Scór na nÓg County Final takes please in Killeeshil on Sunday November 8 at 3:00pm. Donaghmore’s Solo Singing, Instrumental music, and Ballad group are all taking part in the final.

ST JOHN’S GAC, BELFAST: Mass of Remembrance for families bereaved this year and for all the dead who were members of the club will be celebrated on Saturday November 14 at 8pm in the clubrooms at Corrigan Park Belfast. All members and their families are invited to attend.

ARDMORE GAC: The club's annual Dinner Dance will be held on Saturday November 14 at McCourt’s Bar. The club is very lucky to have former Derry manager Brian McIver as guest speaker. Tickets are £22 and can be purchased from William McLaughlin, Kelly Gormley or Emmett O'Kane.

ST MARY’S GAC, BANAGHER: In the new club history book read about the Seamus Heaney connection through his poem At Banagher along with a further interesting article by Hugh Logue providing an insight into club founder Fr. McNally and his thoughts on the GAA. The book contains plenty of photographs and details of sporting activities throughout the past 12 years. Copies of the book are available to purchase in the following shops at only £5: Feeny Shop; O’Kane’s Filling Station; and Lynch’s Spar Shop Dungiven.
