Holders Glentoran to Meet Sion Swifts in the Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup last four

Cup holders Glentoran Women will face Sion Swifts Ladies in the last four of the Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup. The tie is set to take place on Friday 15th September, in a repeat of last year’s final.

Swifts will have the benefit of home advantage, with ten-time competition winners Glentoran coming to town for a 7:30pm kick-off. In the other semi-final fixture, Cliftonville Ladies will travel to Lisburn for a clash against Lisburn Rangers Ladies.

Jess Foy (Glentoran Women), Fi Morgan (Cliftonville Ladies) Kelly Crompton (Sion Swifts Ladies) and Sophie Megaw (Lisburn Rangers Ladies), attended today’s launch where the draw was concluded.

The Electric Ireland Women’s Challenge Cup final which will be played on Saturday 21st October at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.
