A TOTAL of 60,000sq ft of in demand Grade A office space has become available in the heart of Belfast's central business district.
The space has become available at Adelaide Exchange on Adelaide Street as a result of Belfast City Council's departments re-locating to the former site of the neighbouring Clarendon House.
Current occupiers within Adelaide Exchange include Liberty IT, Wombat and Pharmalink and just last year Liberty expanded their office space by 21,000 square feet in significant investment, which created a number of additional highly skilled jobs.

Lisa McAteer from property agents CBRE expects the site to be popular.

Ian Duddy from Colliers International, who are marketing the space with CBRE, said that "significant interest" has already been shown.
