BISHOP Donal McKeown seems to want consideration to be given to the policy of no prosecution for those who have committed serious crimes such as murder before the Good Friday agreement. The bishop is completely at odds with the pope.
Pope John Paul II some years ago when in Ireland made his views very clear when he said "murder is murder". There is no time limit on justice.
