Shots have been fired at a house in Coleraine in an overnight attack.
A house on Ballysally Road was targeted at around 2am with the householder reporting hearing loud bangs and then discovering broken windows.
PSNI Detective Sergeant Higgins said the bangs are believed to have been gun shots.
"Thankfully, there were no injuries reported but this was a reckless act and the injured party is understandably shaken by the incident," DS Higgins added.
