POLICE in Co Antrim were last night continuing to question five men arrested as part of an operation targeting the South East Antrim UDA.

The men - aged 33, 38, 39, 40 and 43 - were held in Carrickfergus on Tuesday during an operation by the Paramilitary Crime Task Force involving more than 80 officers from the PSNI and National Crime Agency.

The men were detained on suspicion of conspiring to supply class A drugs, with the arrests linked to the discovery of cocaine in the Greenisland area last November.
