A 24-year-old man was last night in custody after a man was stabbed at a house in Co Down.
Police were called to a house at Castleview in Gilford just before 3am yesterday.
A man aged in his thirties was found to have sustained a number of stab wounds as a result of an incident and was taken to hospital for treatment.
A 24-year-old man was arrested.
A PSNI spokesman appealed for information adding that enquiries "are ongoing".
