A FATHER-OF-THREE who died in a crash between a car and a lorry in Co Down last week is to be buried today.

The man, named locally as Edward McBride, was driving a blue Peugeot 308 which was involved in a collision with a lorry on the Belfast Road in Ballynahinch on Thursday April 26.

He was taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast but later died

Mr McBride, known as Edin, is survived by his children Claire, Lauren and Josh.

His funeral service will be held in Roselawn Crematorium in Belfast at 1.30pm today.
