A WOMAN has died after her car crashed outside Portaferry on Monday.
The victim, named locally as Teresa Denvir from the Co Down town, was killed in the single-car crash near the junction of Tullymally Road at 12.30pm.
A post mortem examination into the cause of death is to be held later this week.
Police have appealed to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them.
