Dunluce Healthcare acquire Lisnaskea care home

CO DOWN care home provider Dunluce Healthcare has acquired the Gortacharn Residential and Nursing Home in Co Fermanagh.

The Lisnaskea facility, which employs 70 staff, provides care for up to 55 residents.

It forms part of Dunluce Healthcare’s growing portfolio of care homes, which includes Hillcrest Care Home and Hillside Residential in Omagh, and Oakmount Lodge in Bangor.

The company is also due to open The Penisula in Newtownards later this year following a £10 million investment.

The chief executive of Dunluce Healthcare, Ryan Smith, said the care provider will continue to employ all staff currently working at the Gortacharn facility in Lisnaskea.

Beena Joseph, manager at the Lisnaskea care home, described the acquisitoo as an exciting new chapter.
