Entrepreneur of the year to address dinner

Harry Hughes will address a Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber) and Danske Bank event in Belfast later this month.

THE 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year, Harry Hughes, is to address a Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NI Chamber) and Danske Bank event in Belfast later this month.

Mr Hughes, who is managing director of family owned business Portwest, a world leader in the design and manufacture of stylish, comfortable, high-quality work-wear, will participate in a member-only Export First dinner on February 28 at Titanic Belfast.

Harry was awarded the EY entrepreneur of the year in 2017 and is recognised as a visionary leader who has built a world class business alongside his brothers Cathal and Owen. Portwest trades in 110 countries, continues to grow at over 25 per cent per annum and now employees over 2600 people worldwide.
