QUINN Building Products has opened a new state of the art vehicle inspection centre in Fermanagh to maintain its fleet of over 300 trucks and trailers.
The new centre reflects the company’s commitment to ensuring the safety of their vehicles, operators and members of the public and will be responsible for over 2,000 vehicle inspections every year.
The centre is part of a larger investment in the Quinn Building Products fleet, with a multi-million pound replenishment programme currently underway, which will ensure the replacement of all older vehicles with newer models.
Quinn Building Products’ transport manager, Gearoid Gilheany said vehicle safety and compliance is of the "utmost importance" to the company.
"Improving our facilities ensures the large volumes of vehicle inspections required are performed to the highest standard in a timely and cost-effective manner, with dedicated mechanics and operational staff in place in the inspection centre."
