A NEW production of Philip Ridley's acclaimed play Tender Napalm opens at the Lyric Theatre in Belfast next week.

Directed by Directors Guild of Great Britain Award winner Breman Rajkumar and starring Emer McDaid (We'll Walk Hand in Hand) and Gavin Peden (Smiley), this 'two-hander' from In The Moment Productions is a dynamic exploration of love and destruction that promises to take audiences on "a whirlwind journey through all the stages of a real relationship: the good, the bad and the stuff we don't talk about".

"Your man and your woman meet again. It's been a long time coming. Your woman dreams of tropical islands and posh mansions but is haunted by the pain in her past.

"Your man is obsessed with stories of serpents and spaceships but can't seem to live in the real world. Love really is a battlefield in this intimate, innovative show."
