GORDON Elliott looks like he could have a good night down in Limerick with several leading contenders on the card.

C'est Quelqu'un is particularly interesting on his second outing for the yard in the second division of the two-mile-six handicap hurdle.

The Buck's Boum gelding was picked up for just £8,000 at the sales in March and was runner-up on his first start for Elliott at Downpatrick a fortnight ago.

That came over an extended two-mile-one and he was staying on at the death so going up again in trip now looks like it can only help.

He bumped into a well-handicapped rival then in Thornleigh Frank, who has gone on to follow up with an easy success at Kilbeggan.

Off just a 2lb higher mark now C'est Quelqu'un should be capable of collecting in this grade now.

It looks competitive enough for an 80-95 event and Winnie Woodnutt comes into the race in good form.

She gets another go at this level having gone up a pound for her placed effort at Downpatrick last time. That form has also gotten a boost since with the winner Ceanndana following up.

In the first division of the race Elliott, and Jack Kennedy, may also be able to collect with Walking The Walk.

The Imperial Monarch gelding has been in good form over fences, winning at Perth on his penultimate start before a placed effort at Cartmel.

It's no surprise to see him switching back to hurdles as he is now rated a stone-and-a-half lower in this sphere.

Another horse that has been improving over fences and switches tack is The Abbey in the three-mile handicap hurdle.

The consistent Yeats gelding has improved for stepping up in trip over the larger obstacles in recent months, winning twice and rising 20lb.

He is now rated 17lb lower over timber so it looks well worth a shot back over hurdles with him.

Elliott should collect in the opening four-year-old maiden hurdle with Shajak.

The Zarak gelding was collared close home when turned over at a short price at Sligo earlier in the month and can gain compensation now.

This doesn't look like a strong race now and his jumping experience will prove a big asset.
