US based cyber security firm Anomali will create 120 new jobs with the opening of its European Research and Development Labs in Belfast.
The Californian business helps organisations respond to cyber security threats.
Invest NI is set to provide £780,000 towards the job creation. Average salaries are expected to be around £34,500.
It is anticipated the jobs will be in place by the end of 2019.
Invest NI Chief Executive Alastair Hamilton said: "Northern Ireland is enjoying a growing reputation as a region of expertise and knowledge in cyber security.
"It is no surprise that Californian based Anomali has chosen to invest here based on our world-class credentials."
Invest NI also announced it is making £5.5 million available for research and development at the Queen's University-based Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT), which encourages collaboration between academics, industry and government to improve cyber security.
