One of three teenagers who died during the Greenvale Hotel tragedy has been immortalised in a new song released at the weekend.
'A song for Connor' was written in memory of 16-year-old Connor Currie by well known Co Armagh musician Gerry Cunningham.
Mr Cunningham, who is the lead singer with Celtic-rock band More Power to your Elbow and chairman of Clonmore Emmets GAC, was asked to write a song by Connor's grieving parents Eamon and Ciara.
Mr Cunningham said he was "honoured" to have been asked to compose the tribute.
"They let me just do it and they never gave me any stipulations," he said
"It was done to help the family and Eamon, Ciara, I was honoured and delighted to be asked.
"It's been good in the sense that people are recognising that these families are still suffering and there's a loss here."
Mr Cunningham, whose niece had been at the Greenvale Hotel before the tragedy unfolded, was helped by his sons Caolan and Ruairi who provided backing vocals.
Caolan also played guitar and compiled a moving video to go with the heartfelt tribute.
An experienced songwriter, Mr Cunningham previously penned the Ballad of Aidan McAnespie, who was shot dead by the British army in 1988.
