A 42-year-old man arrested in connection with the murder of Jim Donegan in west Belfast in December 2018 has been released unconditionally.
He had been arrested under the Terrorism Act.
Jim Donegan was shot dead as he sat in his car on the Glen Road, waiting to collect his teenage son from school. A gunman shot him a number of times using a semi-automatic pistol.
