A MARRIED couple in their seventies have died following a road accident in Co Tyrone.
The man and woman died when their car was in collision with a lorry on Doogary Road near Omagh. The crash was reported to police at 2.55pm yesterday.
The PSNI said a a gold Volvo car and a red Scania articulated lorry were involved and the victims died at the scene. The lorry driver was uninjured.
Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone travelling on Doogary Road between 2.30pm and the time the collision was reported to contact detectives on 101.
