DUP leader Arlene Foster was last night named Female Politician of the Year at a prestigious ceremony in London.

The Fermanagh-South Tyrone assembly member won the award at the Asian Voice and Political and Public Awards, which were hosted by Labour MP Keith Vaz.

Past winners at the event include Civil Rights Leader Rev Jesse Jackson and former Prime Minister David Cameron.
