Actress Jaime King has filed for divorce from husband Kyle Newman after more than 12 years of marriage, according to court records.
The star of Netflix drama Black Summer lodged papers in Los Angeles on Monday.
King, 41, has also filed for a temporary restraining order against film director Newman, 44.
The couple share sons James Knight, six, and four-year-old Leo Thomas.
Taylor Swift is the younger child’s godmother.
King and Newman met on the set of Star Wars-themed comedy Fanboys, which Newman directed.
They tied the knot in Los Angeles in 2007.
King’s film roles include Pearl Harbour, Sin City and My Bloody Valentine 3D.
