Another football tournament, another story of success for an England youth team.

England’s under-19s not only reached the final of the European Championships in style, but did so with only two seconds to spare as well.

Heading for extra time in their semi-final against the Czech Republic, Marcus Edwards cleverly worked some space to run into before finding Lukas Nmecha in the box, and the result was a stunning goal.

Just check the clock when the ball crosses the line.

Two seconds left.

The last-minute winner means that England will face Portugal in the final on Saturday, and continues an unusually successful summer for the Three Lions.

The under-20s won the World Cup, a Young Lions side won the Toulon Tournament, and the under-21s reached the semi-finals of their own European Championships.

Can the under-19s add further silverware to the trophy cabinet?
