FURTHER evidence that BMW has lost the design plot comes in the ample form of this, dubbed the iX.
It is an electric vehicle, and through its ostentatious vulgarity - look at that grille - manages to make the Rolls-Royce Cullinan look as svelte and elegant as a Jaguar E-Type.
The grille is doubly-perplexing as EVs don't actually need them in the same way that internal combustion-engined cars do.
