FERMANAGH actor Adrian Dunbar has treated fans to an online reading of his favourite Seamus Heaney poem during the Covid-19 lockdown.
The star of the Belfast-filmed BBC drama Line of Duty read 'Storm on the Island' in a video posted on Twitter by the official account for the late Irish poet.
"People are turning to poetry like never before, so we asked some friends to read their favourite SH poem for us and we'll be sharing them over the coming weeks," the Estate of Seamus Heaney wrote.
"First up, the mighty Adrian Dunbar reading 'Storm on the Island' (for all you Line of Duty fans out there)."

Twitter users were quick to praise the reading of Heaney's work by Dunbar as "excellent" and "beautiful".
Filming of the next series of Line of Duty, in which Dunbar plays the popular character Superintendent Ted Hastings, has been suspended due to the spread of coronavirus.
The award-winning drama, which first aired in 2012, had been preparing for its sixth series.
