A WOMEN'S business network is to go into partnership with tech company Allstate Northern Ireland.

Women in Business (WIB), a network for female entrepreneurs and business leaders, and Allstate have teamed up to promote equality of opportunity.

Allstate previously partnered with WIB and other organisations in 2017 to launch the Diversity Charter Mark NI, an initiative to support diversity in business.

Roseann Kelly, chief executive of Women in Business, said she was excited by the new partnership.

"Allstate is a global progressive organisation that recognises the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce," she said.

"The organisation has taken a proactive role in supporting Women in Business, through its involvement in our events and programmes and we are delighted they are taking this one step further and coming on board as our key partner for the next three years."

Allstate's managing director John Healy said both organisations share the same core values of "diversity, equality and inclusivity".

"We look forward to working closely with Women in Business to grow the opportunities for female entrepreneurs and business leaders in Northern Ireland," he said.
