PHASE one of Hagan Homes’ £3.25 million development of 24 homes at The Rocks at Dhu Varren Park in Portrush has sold in record time.
Since the show home opened on June17, all 16 houses were sold in just 16 days.
The Ballyclare-based company's founder and chair James Hagan said: " We've seen unprecedented levels of interest in these properties, with 400 people alone visiting the show home on the first day.
"Hagan Homes purchased the site last October and started refurbishment of the 24 four- and five-bedroom homes in December.
"The first phase will be completed by September while the remaining eight homes will be completed soon after and the development is scheduled to be handed over by December."
Thirty construction jobs were created during the development phase.
