Bank branch to create 4 jobs

BANK of Ireland is to open a branch at Culmore Road in Derry in March, creating four jobs. Part of the bank's £10 million investment in its branches in northern Ireland, the branch will provide full services for personal and business customers. The premises will incorporate the latest retail design and customer service standard and will include a full-time business adviser and a mortgage adviser who will operate between Culmore Road and strand Road. Joe Crowe, head of branches at Bank of Ireland UK, said it would be "ideally located to support the growing number of small businesses in the area". He said: "This will be our 36th branch in northern Ireland, demonstrating our commitment to the region and developing our retail and commercial banking business."
