Who doesn’t love a spa break, especially when it’s on a budget?

Whether it’s for a day or a weekend, going to the spa is a great way to bond with family, friends or even yourself. You can detox, breathe and experience a full-on and well-deserved reset.

1. Reynolds Fitness Retreat, Kent

Reynolds Spa

With three branches in Bexley, Sittingbourne and a woodland retreat in Sevenoaks, Reynolds Fitness Spa has found a unique way to create an environment separate from all the hustle and bustle life often brings, where people can fully commit themselves to a time of indulgent relaxation.

Taking inspiration from Georgian architecture, the spa in Bexley has a sauna, steam room, whirlpools and even a heated swimming pool for you to release any unwanted tension in your mind, body and soul.

It also includes a monsoon shower, heated tiled lounger and fully automated foot spa, similar to what’s available to use at the spa in Sittingbourne.

From the mum-to-be experience, and escape packages to sanctuary packages, discovery packages and the afternoon experience, which range from 25 minutes to 2 hours 20 minutes, and can include breakfast on arrival, bubbly, aromatherapy, decollete massages or lava shell full body massages, Reynolds Fitness Spa, has something for every occasion.
