A BELFAST green tech firm is expecting to create around 100 new jobs after developing a new way of making green hydrogen.

A BELFAST company specialising in net zero technologies has been selected as the only firm from the north to be included in a UK Government-backed business growth programme.

BELFAST clear air specialist Catagen has formally signed the SME Climate Commitment, which the UK government is encouraging businesses to join in the run up to COP26, the United Nations climate change conference taking place in Glasgow in November.

TECHNOLOGY companies in Northern Ireland are being urged to enter the Deloitte Fast 50 awards, now in their 21st year, which rank Ireland’s fastest growing technology companies and recognise the indigenous firms that have demonstrated outstanding growth in turnover over the previous four years.
