DOWN forward Donal O’Hare has been ruled out of the Mournemen’s clash with Cavan on Saturday evening.

The Irish News has learned that the Burren forward – who scored four points in an impressive individual display in Down’s one-sided Ulster semi-final loss to Donegal - will miss the round two Qualifier with a knee injury.

With Kingspan Breffni unavailable, Down will take on Matty McGleenan’s Breffni Blues at Brewster Park, Enniskillen.

Meanwhile, Sunday's Ulster Championship final between Fermanagh and Donegal could soon be sold out.

By yesterday afternoon, over 23,000 tickets had been sold for the 27,000 capacity St Tiernach's Park stadium in Clones and Ulster Council officials expect the rest to go well before throw-in on Sunday.
