Moving forward EPAS currently have roles in field service engineering (UK and Ireland), sales (covering the whole of the UK), electronic design engineering and customer service support. They are also looking for a HR manager, an accountant and an accounts technician.

Sales are increasing year on year at a rate of 30 per cent, while EPAS export 96 per cent of its products outside of Northern Ireland to the rest of the world. 

The Newry factory is situated in Carnbane Industrial Estate which is the city’s main industrial area. The estate is ideally located adjacent to the Dublin to Belfast motorway. 

Directly outside the new factory there is a cycle/running track with access to the nearby Canal Towpath. Meanwhile a gym will be available on site for all staff.

Developing and evolving for the better

EPAS commit approximately 10 per cent of its turnover to research and development, seeking solutions and products to deal with global environmental and food safety issues including adding value to waste streams.

The directors are committed to continuous improvement in the company’s products and processes having regard to the societal, economic and environmental impacts of all proposed innovations and related research and development projects.
