READ Arlene Foster’s speech to the DUP’s spring conference in Limavady at the weekend and you get a perfect picture of how limited her political thought is and how blinkered her political vision. There’s no evidence of what the late Denis Healey called a ‘hinterland’ which a politician needs, some cultural, literary, artistic pursuit.
