Last weekend saw the emergence of a new meme - Dissident Dan, the brainchild of someone within the PSNI who has obviously too much time on his or her hands. The weekend saw serious rioting in Lurgan by youths but they are not Dissident Dans, Seans or Marys for that matter. They are the same type of disaffected youths that exist in Bradford, Liverpool or Dublin. They are young people living on the margins of society, easily led and manipulated.
