WITH the barrier to all-party talks having been apparently removed over the weekend, it is now encumbent on the political parties to find a resolution to the problems which threatened to end the power-sharing assembly. While the appalling murder of Kevin McGuigan and the assertion by the police that 'members of the IRA' were believed to have been involved in that murder was the incident which brought about the political crisis, it has been obvious for some time that the executive has been struggling to effectively govern.
