THE brother of a murdered Real IRA chief has died after being shot a number of times while sitting in his car in a Dublin street. The victim, named locally as Vincent Ryan, was gunned down on McKee Road in Finglas, in the north of the city, shortly before 3:15pm on Monday. He was rushed to the Mater Hospital but died from his wounds later in the evening.
