THE BBC in Belfast has yet to decide whether to screen Gerry Adams's Ard Fheis speech just days before the assembly election. Sinn Féin's annual conference this year takes place on Friday and Saturday April 22 and 23. The second day is the eve of the 100th anniversary of the beginning of the Easter Rising but is also just 12 days before the May 5 Stormont poll.
