Sinn Féin 'won't form government' with Fianna Fáil or Fine Gael
SINN Féin politicians have ruled out forming a government with Fine Gael or Fianna Fáil.
David Cullinane, the party's newly-elected TD in Waterford, and Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, who lost his seat in Donegal, said they did not believe they could go into coalition with either of the two largest parties.
Sinn Féin had the third largest number of TDs in the Dáil as the final votes in the Republic's general election were counted last night.
The party made significant gains on its 2011 performance, although not as many as predicted in some polls.
