CHIEF Constable George Hamilton and Policing Board chairman Anne Connolly are to take part in a series of meetings in Washington this week. The pair will speak to political representatives and policing organisations and take part in several St Patrick's Day engagements. St Patrick's Day is being officially celebrated in Washington today because caretaker Taoiseach Enda Kenny has to attend a European Council meeting in Brussels on Thursday.
