THE Fresh Start agreement's cross-border bid to combat smuggling and organised crime will be jeopardised by Brexit, Stormont's justice minister has said. David Ford said north-south co-operation on justice matters was "overwhelmingly under the European umbrella" and that if the UK withdrew from the EU it would signal an end to the extradition of suspects from the Republic.
