THE PSNI has defended creating a stick-man character - sporting a balaclava - on social media to highlight the disruption caused by dissident republicans. Police in Co Armagh dubbed the character `Dissident Dan', and posted it on the PSNI Craigavon Facebook page to hit out at those responsible for disorder in Lurgan on Sunday night.
