THE brother of a Co Tyrone teenager killed and secretly buried by the IRA has demanded a face-to-face meeting with Martin McGuinness after describing his offer to help as "unsatisfactory". Oliver McVeigh made his call as Mr McGuinness described the issue of the 'Disappeared' as a 'festering wound' and he urged anybody with information about secret graves to come forward.
