SO far the EU referendum debate hasn’t really amounted to all that much. The Remain camp are warning us that the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse will swoop down to spread war, pestilence, famine and death if we sever links; while the Leave camp doesn’t seem to have gone much beyond Union Jack underpants and a script stolen from Carry On England.
