Fire at high-rise building in Dublin brought under control

A major fire in a multi-storey apartment block in Dublin has been brought under control.
Pictures on social media showed smoke billowing from the high-rise building in Blanchardstown just before 6pm on Sunday evening.
The fire in #Blanchardstown has been brought under control and we have started to release fire engines from the scene.

Seven units from Dublin fire brigade attended the scene and managed to extinguish the fire.
