A MAN in his forties arrested over the fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man at a Co Louth caravan park in 2019 has been released without charge.
Keith Branigan was shot dead at the Ashling Holiday Park in Clogherhead on Tuesday August 27.
The man in his forties was arrested earlier this week.
A file is now being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Garda investigations are continuing.
