GARDAÍ have seized what is believed to be a gun and pipe bombs.
The items were found during a search in the Moneymore estate in Drogheda yesterday.
The finds were made on waste ground and suspected devices found in a bag.
A bomb disposal team was called to Moneymore to deal with the items.
The search is part of a Garda operation tackling criminal activity.
