A 69-year-old man has died after the car he was driving hit a ditch in Co Sligo.
The accident happened at Castlegal in Cliffoney at about 3pm on Monday.
The man was the sole occupant of the car and no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
His body has been taken to Sligo University Hospital where a post-mortem examination will take place.
Gardai have carried out a technical and forensic examination of the scene and the road has been reopened to traffic.
